Our company established in 2001, Corupro EP conveyor belt are constructed with high tensile strength fabric. Specifically constructed EP carcass (polyester-polyamide) provides great tear and tensile resistance. Polyamide fibers used in the weft direction bring excellent troughability. In addition to the polyester-polyamide carcass, corupro also manufactures alternative carcass, such as EPP, Nylon etc. Corupro belt is covered by rubber with good quality rubber, EP conveyor belt is suitable for medium and long distance conveyor, with high capacity and high speed . Features:
With the advantages of thin belt with light weight, high tensile strength, fatigue and wear resistance, erosion resistance of water/steam/chemical, good impact resistance, excellent groove formation ability, low elongation, good stability ever heated and long service life, it's the developing trend of fabric conveyor belt. It is mainly used in harsh condition of long distance, heavy-load, high-chemical corrosive etc, it is especially suitable for transporting in moist environment.
Structure:
It uses polyester canvas as carcass, its structure is the same as General-used Conveyor Belt.
